New small companies go through an essential phase when establishing their businesses, one of them is registering their companies legally in Ministry of Trade & Industry in order to obtain a commercial register that enables them to practice a legal business. Due to lack of clarity and transparency in registration process, factor of nonentity of new businesses registration unit, Entrepreneurs come across several issues such as being profited by unaccountable people in charge. ROWAD Foundation’s vision was to Increase level of accountability and inclusiveness of governmental entities who are in a direct relation with entrepreneurs in order to achieve Good Governance.
