Due to the shortage of local professional Yemeni Females in the housekeeping services, and due to the current situation in Yemen which required foreigners to leave the country. The idea of Almithaliah came across to train and hire Yemen Females in the field of housekeeping in a professional way and at the same time to provide them with work ethics.

Results:

-   Almithalya Company Revenue the during first year  during 2016was  +4,700,000 YER. The company helped in creating more than 54 direct jobs, made more than 170 deal.
